The R.E.A.L Estate Company was founded by Tinus Aucamp and Carine de Beer, and opened its doors on 1 November 2019, in the Helderberg area of the Western Cape.
Tinus is the CEO and has 32 years’ experience in accounting and financial consulting. He is a company shareholder and heads up the rental and farming division of The R.E.A.L Estate Company. His calm presence belies his dynamic and progressive character, and he is the driving force behind the company.
Carine de Beer is the Principal of the company and the Regional Manager of the Southern Cape region. She holds an LLB and H.Dip Tax, is an accredited mediator and life coach, and has many years of experience in real estate training and sales nationally.
The R.E.A.L Estate Company rebranded in 2024 to revitalize our image, connect with new demographics, adapt to market changes, and to clearly differentiate us from our competitors. Our new logo reflects our commitment to innovation and growth. This approach is applied to all our dealings. We have transitioned from the traditional physical office to a virtual business model, which has allowed us to increase our brand and footprint nationally and allows our agents to work remotely from anywhere in the country. By leveraging technology, we are in the process of expanding the company exponentially. We also take pride in being able to provide quality support to our agents all over South Africa. We are in the continuous process of researching and developing leading-edge technology for our agents to enable them, in turn, to provide state of the art service to clients.
